Museum Shop Manager
The Museum Shop Manager will manage every aspect of a retail museum shop including: selection and maintenance of shop inventory; interaction with customers; maintenance of accurate fiscal records; creation of shop promotional material; maintenance of online store; supervision of part time staff; and developing a volunteer program.
Preferred Qualifications: Exceptional customer service skills, retail shop experience, experience in setting work schedules for coverage in shop, experience with point of sale software. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong written, verbal and math/accounting skills needed. Knowledge of RetailPro or other Point of Sale software, TouchNet, and UGA OneSource and OneUSG helpful.
