Director of Guest Experience

The Atlanta History Center is looking for a highly motivated and results oriented professional to fill the role within the organization of Director of Guest Experience.

This vital position requires a warm and enthusiastic demeanor with guests and co-workers, tact and diplomacy as part of a collaborative team, adaptability in a changing work environment, willingness to learn new methods of interpretation, and flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.

The Director of Guest Experience is responsible for the successful operation of the overall visitor experience on the Atlanta History Center Buckhead and Midtown campuses, through the management of the Admissions and Retail Operations. This includes, but is not limited to, being the administrator of a sophisticated ticketing and reservation software, performing comprehensive analysis and data manipulation as it relates to all aspects of general admission operations, and facilitating relationships with our internal constituents across both campuses.



This position is Monday through Friday, but will be required some evenings and weekends as necessary.
